The customer service is second to none and the true passion Don has for his craft is very apparent. We completed a total home renovation and engaged THT at the beginning. We were looking for lighting, sound, internet and shades for automation. A budget was laid out, strategic planning meetings (in person and ZOOM) occurred and eventually a plan was made and agreed upon.
It was a lengthy process (due to the time of the Renos), but THT was available whenever needed to ensure the wiring was done properly, liaising with the electrician and contractor, to provide guidance when needed to ensure there wouldn't be any issues or to problem solve if there were.
As with any larger project, small problems arose from time to time, but Don was able to overcome each obstacle. I would without question recommend this company to anyone considering a larger project or any project size for that matter as this company truly cares about their work and the satisfaction of their clients.
It was truly a pleasure dealing with both Don and Crysta throughout the project!
